Personal training is all about helping you look, feel and perform better than you ever thought possible. My focus is to motivate, inspire and encourage you along the way, to reach and even surpass your goals. My aim is to make exercise fun and enjoyable including boxercise, kettlebells, TRX training, core training, indoors and out. I offer block booking discounts with 5 or more sessions.I am also qualified in Sports Massage and Hot Stone Therapy, which, I feel allows me to offer a truly holistic approach to personal training and client well-being.
