I have been working in the fitness industry for the last 15 years with experience in sport specific training. I am REPS Level 3 Advanced Instructor. If clients are looking for quick results and wanting to get enjoyment out of their sessions then i can give them that. I have a background of rugby, golf, mountain biking with experience in volleyball, basketball, and tennis training. I will take you through nutritional and lifestyle consultations to teach you that its not all about the exercise to achieve your goals.I am waiting to become a crossfit instructor to widen my sports conditioning knowledge. I work with the TRX Suspension System so we can actually train anywhere.
