She has worked at a personal trainer and fitness instructor for over 12 years and brings an extensive background in fitness to share with her clients. She does not have one type of client, as she has helped people with large weight loss goals, folk who just want to get fitter, athletes who want to improve their game, older adults and pre-post natal ladies.
Having been one of Scotland's first female boxers, she knows how challenging it can be to fight you way to better health and fitness, so she will support and encourage you the whole way. Her approach is always looking at the entire picture - lifestyle, training styles, nutrition and motivation.
