My aim is to promote Health, Fitness & Happiness, by offering 3 services all in the privacy of your home or workplace.

Activity, Recovery & Nutrition, ideally should be in balance and this is emphasised throughout all consultations. This holistic approach encourages more positive results.

I am passionate about helping people achieve their results & have done so for countless clients within both private & public sector gyms over the last 30 years.

My own achievements include success in “Natural” bodybuilding, winning the overall Scottish Championship in 1995.
