I live and breath fitness in everything I do. After my own personal struggle with weight I discovered the gym. I designed my own food plan and gym program, total weight loss 17.5 stones in 2 years. I enjoyed training so much and was constantly getting requests for help, so I undertook training and qualified as a personal trainer. I am passionate about motivating my clients to achieve their results, my clients enjoy one on one training and the nutritious food plans I tailor make for them.
