Lauren is a dedicated personal trainer, strength coach and lover of life who promotes no non-sense strength and fitness training and nutrition information. Her goal is to help as many individuals as possible achieve their optimal health and performance goals through simple, tried and true, stress free strength training and nutrition guidelines.She received her personal training certification in 2008 and has continued her education since with courses in kettlebells, mobility and sports coaching. She is also a Master NLP Practitioner and life coach.The training philosophy that Lauren promotes focuses on getting individuals the best results in the least amount of time. She strongly believes that diet and exercise should be made as simple as possible, and shouldn't be the bane of your life. Exercise should be enjoyable, effective and shouldn't negatively impact other aspects of your life or feel like a chore - if it does, then you're doing it wrong!Lauren is passionate about strength training, weight lifting and yoga and has a lifetime of experience in sport and fitness.
