Health and fitness shouldn’t be about restriction, and over-the-top discipline. It should be, like life itself, about having fun, enjoying yourself and finding that all-important balance. I do not believe in crash diets, and short term solutions. I believe in common sense, hard work and long term, holistic approaches to achieving my clients’ goals.
