A REPs level 3 qualified trainer (Ref: R0067179).A competitive tri-athlete, I put high value on the consistency and durability produced by cross training and continual change.With a background in T'ai Chi (Wu Dang and Yang styles) my approach to training is assess, tailor the workout to the goal and keep it fresh, mindful and fun.I specialise in training at home and outdoors but can do gym where it'll work better (not often!) for general conditioning, weight loss and sport specific training.My main practice is body weight exercise because that is the most typical folks will ever lift.
