With a lifelong participation in sport, exercise and fitness complimented by my academic qualifications in personal training and weight loss management, I regard myself as being at the pinnacle of my coaching abilities. I believe that by maintaining a healthy body through regular exercise and good diet, the benefits to one’s personal wellbeing can be extraordinary. I do not regard age as a barrier to maintaining a fit and active lifestyle and I ensure all my clients reach their potential by being a strong and knowledgeable motivator. I am dedicated to the prevention of injuries and hold a special interest in developing the five components of fitness for the over 40’s age group.My areas of expertise include:Metabolism conditioning and weight loss management, injury prevention, endurance training and active ageing.
