Academic qualifications include a BSc in Exercise physiology and a HND in Fitness, Health and Exercise. I founded Proactive Fitness Health and Well being in 2009 with the primary aims of providing members of the general public with an affordable method of receiving help and guidance from a qualified and experienced personal trainer and fitness professional, whilst providing a quality and effective service to every client. Proactive focuses on providing mobile personal training, group exercise classes and nutrition workshops. I provide clients with a quality and reliable mobile service within the comfort of their own homes and outside locations. My training skills include weight loss, toning, diet/nutrition advice, 5k/10k event training, core strength training for females, health and lifestyle guidance, special event training such as weddings, holidays. I have developed my skills and I am always looking to improve and further my knowledge so that I can improve your personal training experience.
