I am a personal trainer and sports massage therapist. My speciality is working with clients to achieve optimal health, weight loss and increased confidence. This is achieved through personally tailored health and fitness programmes, which I develop for each client. Your fitness goals will be achieved through strength and conditioning, cardio vascular and flexibility training. I will also develop balanced, nutrional plans that work. Whether your goals are weight loss or optimal health, I keep it simple, but effects are maximal.Your development will be tracked through regular Goal and Achievement appraisals. This ensures we are continually on track and I can support and motivate you along the way.
